OASIS is a beautiful stone fronted character home with trees and palms surrounding  the back garden area and glass fenced inground pool.  A beautiful tranquil setting that will appeal to many.

The house is on a single level with polished floorboards throughout and offers 4 bedrooms,  2 bathrooms and  can sleep a maximum of 9 guests.

Oasis  has a resort feel to it with a large  solar heated swimming pool that all can enjoy during the summer months. 

Enjoy the beautiful garden as you go through the  french doors to the private entertainers terrace that  creates the perfect harmony of indoor and outdoor entertaining for the family.  The back yard is fully fenced providing a secured area for children.

A spacious kitchen with granite benchtops and large island bench overlooks the large light-filled family room with a lovely adjoining dining area.

The home is perfect for a large family to stay  with indoor/outdoor areas  overlooking the pool and  garden.

Bedding:- 

Master bedroom  features a King size bed  and ensuite with shower, toilet and basin.

Second bedroom features a queen bed.

Third bedroom has 2 single beds that can turn into a king bed. (Please confirm bedding requirments upon booking for this room). 

Fourth Bedroom has a bunk bed. A double mattress below with a single above.  Ideal for the younger children.

Main bathroom has a shower,  bath, toilet and hand basin.

A spacious open plan  living area is filled with light from the east and north and  features a  large flat screen TV   adjoining the kitchen, living & dining spaces.

The dining table will cater for up to 10 guests. 

A fully equipped kitchen with  oven, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave, and plenty of platters, bowls and glassware.

This whole area is a bright and openl living space that brings the whole family together.

Complimentary Unlimited  Wireless Wi-Fi, Netflix.

Please note that the pool is solar heated and not gas heated.  Therefore it can only be used during the summer months and being solar, will require several very hot days to heat up the pool.

Sit back and relax on the outdoor furniture whist enjoying a BBQ and having a dip in the pool.

To keep you warm during winter and cool during summer, the house has reverse cycle ducted heating/cooling throughout.

There is a separate laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

Parking is available off street in the driveway- no parking is available inside the garage.

Enjoy the family-friendly location, loved for its leafy quiet streets and its vibrant local dining scene. The Corner Store and Gillberries are both located close by, provided the perfect spot for an early coffee, breakfast and lunch.

There is a regular  bus serviceon nearby Dulwich Avenue providing easy access to the city and Burnside Village.
