Sea Front Grandeur  is a  stunning 6 bedroom/3 bathroom  house with 3 living areas, a dining, office, and all of grand proportions.  Built in circa 1900s, the stunning freestone façade and iconic location is a  wonderful sea front house to come and stay for a holiday or for work.


With stunning sea views and surrounded with street lined  Norfolk Pines  guests  will find a mixture of old-world charm and new that evokes a sense of comfort upon entering this house. The house  consists of two levels.


DOWNSTAIRS:-

Features a front lounge, a separate office with TV - both look out onto the sea. 

Situated off the kitchen is an large open plan lounge/dining area .


Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including 6 burner gas cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and built-in microwave.


The lounge area features a large flat screen TV  and the dining/family meals  areas that leads out to the alfresco area via beautiful double French doors  where you can enjoy a BBQ outside in the garden.


Bedroom 6 - is located downstairs and HAS A QUEEN BED WITH ACCESS TO BATHROOM/LAUNDRY as well as split system/heating and air con.


UPSTAIRS:-

A third living area upstairs with TV and a private balcony  that looks out onto the sea. 

5 bedrooms are located upstairs.


BEDROOMS:-

-A total of 6 bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms with  7 Beds and sleeps a maximum of 10 guests.  

Bedroom 1  is the  master bedroom with a walk-in robe and private ensuite. The master bedroom  is upstairs AND HAS A KING BED, TV and overhead fan.  Please note that this room does not have sea views. 

Bedroom 2  HAS A KING BED- SEA VIEWS WITH BALCONY and overhead fan.

Bedroom 3 -HAS A  QUEEN BED- SEA VIEWS WITH BALCONY.

Bedroom 4- HAS A QUEEN BED

Bedroom 5 - HAS 2 SINGLE BED

Bedroom 6 - is located downstairs and HAS A QUEEN BED WITH ACCESS TO BATHROOM/LAUNDRY and overhead fan.

 

 BATHROOMS:-

Master bedroom has ensuite- shower and toilet.

Main bathroom- upstairs -bath/shower and toilet.

Bathroom/Laundry  is downstairs - shower and basin

Separate toilet downstairs.


OTHER FEATURES:-

      - Beautiful polished timber flooring throughout.

       - Decorative fireplaces.
 

- Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning- upstairs only. 2 Pedastal Fans downstairs.

Split air-con/heating in the bedroom downstairs.  Due to this house being solid brick, and being by the beach, rooms below remain cool during summer.

       - Paved alfresco entertaining area -with outdoor furniture to cater for 10 guests.

- Single garage with off street parking - Can accommodate 2 vehicles.

       - Unlimited Wireless Internet, Foxtel and NetFlix is  available.  Foxtel and Netflix are set up in the main and second living area.

Beach Towels are not provided. 


The atmosphere of this superb coastal location is ideal for families with children and or even corporates. Semaphore Road is just a stroll away, and offers shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, cinemas, and more dining options than ever before. The  pristine beach is just over the road and during summer, the fun park is opened up for the children to enjoy to water slide, mini-golf, rides etc.
