This home has been called The Three Arches and when you walk inside, you can see the magnificent tall arched windows and high ceiling.  The beautiful home will appeal to both corporates and holiday makers.  It is located in the trendy cosmopolitan, beach side of Glenelg and has 3 main Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests.  A contemporary designed accommodation, open plan entertaining plus a children’s TV room upstairs as well as the main living area downstairs are just some of the highlights.

Features include:-Open plan Living, Dining and kitchen downstairs with Flat screen TV that is also set up for Netflix.

Dining table and chairs to cater for up to 8 guests.

Master bedroom with Queen Bed, TV, WIR and En-suite.

Second and third bedroom are situated on the second level.

Second bedroom has 2 x single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed.

There is a room next to the kitchen which has a day bed and when pulled out, it can sleep up to 2 guests.  It also has access to the third bathroom downstairs that has a toilet and shower.  It is a shared laundry/bathroom.   Please note that this room does not have a door to its entrance or the kitchen.  It is not an enclosed room.

The upstairs living room has a fan and is ideal for the family with young children/teenagers retreat with their own TV entertainment.

This unique home has cathedral ceilings with exposed oak beams, polished Baltic Pine flooring and Tasmanian Oak stair access to second and third level.
Take a walk and sample fine dining/ easy comfort food, relaxed cafes etc. from a huge array of restaurants that are just around the corner on Jetty Street.  Otherwise, enjoy cooking in the Designer Kitchen with glass splash backs, Cesar stone topped work benches, Valencia Euro appliances including dishwasher, microwave, large size fridge, oven and 6 burner gas hotplate.
The beautiful doors from the dining and the master bedroom areas open onto the hardwood timber decked outdoor entertaining area that has outdoor furniture and an electric BBQ.
To keep cool during our hot summers, reverse cycle split system air conditionings are in all the bedrooms as well as Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Additional gas heating is provided in the main living area.Remote controlled Intercom driveway access.
