Take the short cut down the same path and walk to Westfield shopping centre that is 1.5 km ( Approx. 20 Minute walk).  

It has a lovely outdoor area for guests to sit back, relax and enjoy a  BBQ.

The townhouse  has been recently renovated, features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

All new furnishings throughout.

A bright, open plan living, dining  and kitchen is downstairs with glass sliding doors that lead onto the enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ.

Fully equipped kitchen  with dishwasher, microwave/ convection  oven and full size fridge.

Both Downstairs and Upstairs bathroom have a shower, hand basin and toilet.

Separate laundry with washer and dryer.

Front and rear garden.

Split system air-conditioning / heating caters for  the Living area downstairs. 

Bedding and Other Features:

Features 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in the master room with BIR and a split system in the master bedroom for heating and air-conditioning.  Sea Glimpses can be seen from the master bedroom.

The second bedroom has  a double bed, BIR, and an overhead fan.

The third bedroom has a  bunk bed (Single beds) with a split system air-con/heating.

Large flat screen TV. Connect to Netflix- (Guests can use their own account.)

Free Wi-Fi included.

Secure garage parking for up to 2 cars.  Off street parking is also available.

Complimentary toiletries,  coffee and tea provided on arrival.

All linen/towels provided (Set Fees applied).

The beach is only 30 metres away.  Guest can access the beach through the  park  near the townhouse.

Close to Westfield shopping centre that features an abundance of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants / cafes and cinema..

Close to Port Adelaide Maritime Museum.

Near historic Semaphore.

Near the Grange Golf Course and rowing club.

Public Transport- A bus stop is only a 3 minute walk away from the townhouse.

Great Location

Great location Sparkling clean Beautiful decor Very spacious Overall an excellent experience, Highly recommended. We had a lovely time in Adelaide. You have an amazing property and have thought of little things to make stay comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and my kids loved bunk beds. Thank you

Place was clean, well presented and well equipped. The location was excellent. We were diligent about wiping our feet before entering after going to the beach so perhaps an extra (dark) mat or towel would be helpful (we used a white mat and towel). We washed our feet from the hose outside in the "council" area as we did not want to disturb the watering system outside the front door of the unit. We had 2 adults and 3 older teenagers staying - we really required more comfortable seating in the lounge. 2 basic chairs on the upstairs balcony would also be great (we used a couple of kitchen chairs). We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for other families, couples or business delegates.

Loved the beach

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was so clean and well equipped. The best part was to be able to walk to the beach in minutes. Local transport so near that can take you into Westfield shopping centre, Henley Beach and Glenelg. Will definitely come back again.!!!
