Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to stay at one of the properties managed by Elite Accommodation. We would appreciate your time in completing the registration form to confirm the members of your group and your requirements. Also please take a note of our terms and conditions.
We look forward to making your stay a happy and memorable one.

AS AGREED
  • Check in time is 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is by 10.00am on the day of departure. If not adhered to a penalty will be incurred.
  • If possible, a representative from Elite Accommodation will be at the property to greet you during office hours on the day of arrival. If this is not possible, keys will need to be collected from the office.
  • Complimentary provisions for tea and coffee are supplied on arrival.
  • Bed and bath linen provided. The properties are all serviced for stays longer than 7 nights. (Excludes public holidays and Sunday).

PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION

    a) The deposit equivalent to 20% is payable within 3 working days of the date of the reservation being made.  If the deposit is not received within 3 working days the reservation will lapse.
    b) The balance of the payment for accommodation costs and the bond must be finalised two weeks prior to arrival.
    c) No booking is considered final until we have received the completed registration form together with your payment.
    d) The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within one month of arrival.  Cancellation within 2 weeks incurs a 50% fee of the total tariff and if cancelled within one week, there is no refund of the total cost.

    SECURITY BOND
    a) A security bond of $600 is required for stays of one week and over, or $300.00 for stays under one week and shall be paid on arrival via credit card.  The bond is secured and covers security for breakages, losses and damage including excessive cleaning and/or rubbish removal.
    b) Elite Accommodation reserves the right to withhold funds from the bond to cover any additional cleaning over and above normal requirements as deemed necessary by our cleaners.
    c) If no losses or damage occur the security bond will be returned in full 3-5 days after your departure.  If losses or damage is greater then the bond, applicants will need to cover the additional cost.

    METHOD OF PAYMENT
    Payment may be by Master Card, American Express, Diners, Eftpos or Visa credit cards. Please note a 1.5% payment processing fee applies to Visa and Master card payment. AE and Diners attract a 2.5% fee. Payment is also accepted by telegraphic transfer or e-banking. Account Details will be provided.

    CLEANING
     For stays 1 month or longer, mid-cleans are required which are at guests expense. An exit clean is applicable for stays of 1 week or more.  The cost of exit cleans are at the expense of the guest.

    DURING YOUR STAY IT IS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT
    a) The said property is for private holiday use and not for commercial purposes or the like.
    b) The said property is not to be used for private parties/functions, unless approval has been given by Management.
    c) The said property is not to be used for any illegal purposes.
    d) Only people listed on the Registration Form are to reside in the property. Use of bedrooms not applied for will incur an additional charge.
    e) The property is non-smoking, thus no smoking is permitted indoors.
    f) No pets are allowed on or about the property at any time unless authorised by Management.
    g) Access to the property may be required for maintenance/repairs.
    h) The property must be cleaned before you vacate and all rubbish removed in order to avoid a penalty.
