Open plan, formal lounge area in the front of the house, with the kitchen near it, followed by a beautiful dining area and magnificent dining table that can seat up to 8 guests.   A second living area with a 50” Plasma screen with Surround sound and iPod docking station.

This living area, which is all surrounded by glass to make the most of bringing  the outdoor into full view, features a heated swimming pool that is 11 metres in length, a lovely courtyard garden, with 8 seat dining furniture and outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ.

At night time the lighting from the courtyard and the heated outdoor pool make it a perfect place of paradise that dreams are made from.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with glass sliding doors to the balcony that overlooks the sea.

The main ensuite with deluxe spa bath has glass doors that open to the bedroom so you can enjoy the views of the sea from the bathroom as well as the bedroom.

The foreshore has a historic steam train, Ferris wheel, mini golf and water slide- Ideal for the children.

Take a walk on the jetty and go fishing, swim, kite flying, have a picnic on the beach and spot the dolphins.
